EXCEPTION : Positions in the Financial Management Analyst (GS-0501) series and all occupations covered by the Army Acquisition Technology, and Logistics (AT&L;) require a 24-month appointment period in order to complete the training and/or certification requirements specific to each occupation prior to conversion.
