The Unified Arizona Veterans (UAV) is proud to present the Induction Ceremony for the AVHOF Class of 2023. Please join us as we induct up to 24 highly deserving Arizona veterans into the Arizona Veterans Hall of Fame for their outstanding civic contributions beyond their military service to our great nation.
The luncheon meal is Herb Roasted Frenched Chicken Breast. To notify us of any special dietary needs, please indicate them in the applicable response box on the registration form.

Early Bird Registration: $60:00 (Until 11:30 PM September 17th)
Standard Registration: $70.00 (12:01 AM September 18th until 11:30 PM October 8th)

STAYING OVERNIGHT? ROOM RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Reservations will be made by individual call-in to (866) 877-9897 and should be made NO LATER THAN September 12th, 2023. After this date, all unreserved rooms remaining in the room block will be returned to the resort’s room inventory for general sales.
WHEN CALLING FOR RESERVATIONS, PLEASE REFERENCE BOOKING ID# 23484.
DAILY RESORT FEE: $25.00 Resort Fee per day, per room, includes the following:
• Refrigerator in guest room stocked with bottled water daily
• In-Room coffee
• Access to our 24-hr Fitness Center
These charges will automatically be posted to the guest’s individual folio.
GUEST ROOM CHARGES
Please advise your guests that check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Guests arriving prior to 4:00 PM will be assigned accommodations as they become available. Unified Arizona Veterans must notify its guests that they will be responsible for room, resort fee, tax, bellman, housekeeping gratuities, and all incidentals. Bellman and housekeeping gratuities will automatically be posted to the guest’s individual folio.
ALL GUESTS CHECKING INTO THE RESORT WILL NEED TO HAVE A VALID CREDIT CARD AND IDENTIFICATION IN ORDER TO CHECK INTO THE RESORT.
