2023 Carolinas Veterans Day Festival

A FREE, family-friendly event open to the community and meant to celebrate those who served in the U.S. Armed Forces and their families.

Veterans from across the Charlotte region are inviting the entire community, regardless of their connection to the military, to join them at the Carolinas Veterans Day Festival at American Legion Memorial Stadium in Charlotte on Saturday, November 11, 2023, from 2 – 8 p.m.
The community festival, presented in partnership with Lowe’s and Truist, recognizes the service of our Veterans and their families and is designed to be an inclusive event bringing the entire community together to share in the day.

2:00-5:30 Expo and Kid Zone
4:45 Parachute drop by the All-Veterans Group
5:05 Presentation/Community Awards
6:00 Opening act – Casey Noel
7:00 Main Musical act – Elle King
This free and open-to-the-public celebration will be an interactive day of shopping and fellowship, capped by a concert presented by Truist featuring Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Elle King. Elle King will take the stage at 7 p.m. and perform until 8 p.m. While admission is free, space is limited.
Thanks to the addition of the concert, Veterans Bridge Home anticipates a large crowd.
The Veteran expo will offer attendees the opportunity to visit approximately 100 booths where they can buy items from Veteran-owned businesses and locally owned businesses. Attendees can also learn more about Veteran-serving organizations and corporate Veteran employee resource groups. Families are encouraged to come and play on the Kids Zone’s inflatables and get crafty with Lowe’s building activities.
Parking is free for the first 500 cars in the CPCC parking deck, sponsored by Ally.
A meal will be provided for the first 2000 attendees in the gate, sponsored by Wells Fargo.
***EXPO PARTICIPANTS*** The Expo will include Veteran Owned Businesses (VOB), Veteran Serving Organizations (VSO),Small Business Owners, Non-profits, Employee Resource Groups(ERG) and Retail Companies. Please register for 1 table (up to 2 people). If you have additional table staff/volunteers, please register for extra individual tickets.
