4th Annual VetLife4Life 22K

December 10, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm EST

4th Annual VetLife4Life 22K

It’s That Time Again!! Our 4th Annual 22Kfor22. The theme is Christmas Community. We can all save a life that has saved ours! #stop22

Why We Do This

This event was created to help and raising awareness about the high rates of veterans’ suicide.

Every year we walk 22km to help stop the 22 lives lost every day. It’s an Epidemic!

We want to fight this together and that’s why we would like to invite everyone to join us. Together we can give voice to those who don’t have it.

Let’s remind everyone, especially veterans, that we are in this fight together. No one is alone!

More VetLife4Life

“To help save a million lives that save a million lives.”

This is a group that is all about showing love and support and raising awareness for our Veterans, and our veterans family’s, or just those die hard supporters for our military, we can talk about the 22 suicides daily, or PTSD, but also our depression and anxiety. You may have a drug or alcohol problems dealing with everyday life, we are here for any reason, basically we have your 6 on any issue at hand.

Suicide Hotline

While we are doing our best to create a community to help, if there is an immediate emergency, please contact the suicide hotline. We will continue to support as we can!

The rate remains unacceptably high for suicides. Please don’t become part of that statistic!

If you or someone in your family is facing this problem, don’t hesitate to ask for help and follow the instructions from the professionals:

When people call, text, or chat 988, they will be connected to trained counselors that are part of the existing Lifeline network. These trained counselors will listen, understand how their problems are affecting them, provide support, and connect them to resources if necessary.

The previous Lifeline phone number 1-800-273-8255 will always remain available to people in emotional distress or suicidal crisis.
