“Forging Leaders – Full Circle”
Our goal is to bring together bright minds, great leaders, and experience to discuss what matters. Turbulent times demand courage, excitement, emotional intelligence, and in-depth knowledge about leadership and how to successfully lead. Leadership Symposium utilizes a diversity of leaders to encourage individuals to lead with courage, be successful decision makers, and effective leaders. “Forging Leaders-Full Circle”- when we know better, we can do better, passing and sharing knowledge with others and paying it forward – that is how we succeed (standing on the shoulders of giants & allowing other to stand on ours)!
The annual Leadership Symposium (LS) is the United States Navy (Mid-South FCPOA) flagship event on character and leadership. It brings together distinguished scholars, military leaders, corporate executives and world-class athletes to motivate and equip participants for honorable living and effective leadership.
