No retractable leashes, please. You must clean up after your pets. If pets get unruly and aggressive, we will ask you to leave.
Since the event’s inception in 2016, we have raised a grand total of $531,086.41 for military, veterans, and their families with gifts and sponsored adoption fees for homeless pets at various rescue organizations!
Like all of Traci’s Paws events, we will practice all safety precautions as requested by the CDC and San Diego County. Please respect our COVID-Safe Rules.
Masks are not required for fully vaccinated individuals outdoors but are highly recommended. Please respect our guests and volunteers and plan on not attending if you are sick or have been sick within 14 days of the event date, you experience symptoms such as a fever of 100.4F/38C, cough, sore throat, or loss of taste/smell or have come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID19. If you are not fully vaccinated, please wear your mask, wash your hands or use hand sanitizer, and maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet from other patrons.
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT I, (“Participant”), acknowledge that I will be participating as an Event Guest, Participant, Vendor or Volunteer, and any activities at the Traci’s Paws, Inc. Unleash the Holiday Cheer event at NTC Park, Field I located at 2455 Cushing Rd. San Diego, CA 92106.
I AM AWARE OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND RELATED GOVERNMENTAL ORDERS, DIRECTIVES, AND GUIDELINES (COLLECTIVELY “DIRECTIVES”), INCLUDING DIRECTIVES FOR FREQUENT HAND WASHING, SOCIAL DISTANCING, AND THE USE OF FACE MASKS IN PUBLIC LOCATIONS. I AM AWARE THAT THESE ACTIVITIES ARE OCCURRING IN A PUBLIC LOCATION DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. I AM AWARE THAT I COULD BE INFECTED, SERIOUSLY INJURED, OR EVEN DIE DUE TO COVID-19.I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THESE ACTIVITIES WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGER INVOLVED AND AGREE TO ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER THOSE RISKS ARE KNOWN OR UNKNOWN.
I agree that by placing an RSVP or ordering a ticket whether it is as an Event Guest, Participant, Vendor or Volunteer, whether it is paid or free, I am releasing all damages and liabilities from Traci’s Paws, Inc. I acknowledge that an RSVP and ordering a ticket, whether paid or free, as an Event Guest, Participant, Vendor or Volunteer is the same as a signed waiver.
I forever release Traci’s Paws, Inc. along with their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) from any and all liabilities, causes of action, lawsuits, claims, demands, or damages of any kind whatsoever that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives now have, or may have in the future, for injury, death, or property damage, related to (i) my participation in these activities, (ii) the negligence or other acts of any Releasee, whether directly connected to these activities or not, and however caused, or (iii) the condition of the premises where these activities occur, whether or not I am then participating in the activities. I also agree that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse, and legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue, or attach the property of any Releasee in connection with any of the matters covered by the foregoing release.
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF AND TRACI’S PAWS, INC. AND WILL RSVP, ORDER TICKETS, OR ATTEND UNLEASH THE HOLIDAY CHEER OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
