San Diego’s most charitable, pet-friendly Pet and military Appreciation event of the year (and voted as one of San Diego’s Favorite Events 2020), “Unleash the Holiday Cheer,” presented by the McBeth Foundation!
This year, we partnered with San Diego Humane Society, who will bring adoptable pets to our event for all to foster or adopt! As always, Traci’s Paws will sponsor pet adoption fees for military and veterans and their families if they are approved for an adoption!

For everyone’s safety and to have the best time, please see the following:
No retractable leashes, and please clean up after your pets. If pets get unruly and aggressive, we will ask you to leave for your pet’s safety and the safety of others.
Since the event’s inception in 2016, we have raised over $550,000 for the military, veterans, and their families with gifts and sponsored adoption fees for homeless pets at various rescue organizations!
Like all Traci’s Paws events, we will practice all safety precautions as the CDC and San Diego County requested. Please respect our COVID-Safe Rules and respect anyone who may choose to wear a mask outdoors.
Attending a large gathering or event increases one’s chance of being in close contact with people outside one’s household and being exposed to COVID-19.
Masks are not required outdoors but are highly suggested when entering the Military Appreciation Gift Shop or other enclosed areas where distancing from others is not feasible or for those at higher risk of illness/living with someone at higher risk of illness.
If you are not fully vaccinated, please wear your mask, wash your hands or use hand sanitizer, and maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet from other patrons.
Before the event, we suggest all attendees get fully vaccinated, wear the safest masks to prevent illness, and get tested. Attendees and volunteers should plan not to attend if they test positive for COVID-19.
MILITARY/VETERAN TICKETS: You will order 1 ticket for EACH dependent in your immediate family. Each person must have a military or government-issued ID.

CIVILIAN TICKETS: 1 ticket for each member of your family who is 12 years of age or older. 11 and under are free.
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT I (“Participant”) acknowledge that I will be participating as an Event Guest, Participant, Vendor or Volunteer, and any activities at the Traci’s Paws, Inc. Unleash the Holiday Cheer event at NTC Park Field I located at 2455 Cushing Rd. San Diego, CA 92106.
I AM AWARE OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND RELATED GOVERNMENTAL ORDERS, DIRECTIVES, AND GUIDELINES (COLLECTIVELY “DIRECTIVES”), INCLUDING DIRECTIVES FOR FREQUENT HAND WASHING, SOCIAL DISTANCING, AND THE USE OF FACE MASKS IN PUBLIC LOCATIONS. I know these actions occur in a public location during the COVID-19 PANDEMIC. I AM AWARE THAT I COULD BE INFECTED, SERIOUSLY INJURED, OR EVEN DIE DUE TO COVID-19.I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THESE ACTIVITIES WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGER INVOLVED AND AGREE TO ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER THOSE RISKS ARE KNOWN OR UNKNOWN.
I agree that by placing an RSVP or ordering a ticket, whether it is as an Event Guest, Participant, Vendor or Volunteer, whether it is paid or free, I am releasing all damages and liabilities from Traci’s Paws, Inc. I acknowledge that an RSVP and ordering a ticket, whether paid or free, as an Event Guest, Participant, Vendor or Volunteer is the same as a signed waiver.
I forever release Traci’s Paws, Inc. along with their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) from any and all liabilities, causes of action, lawsuits, claims, demands, or damages of any kind whatsoever that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives now have, or may have in the future, for injury, death, or property damage, related to (i) my participation in these activities, (ii) the negligence or other acts of any Releasee, whether directly connected to these activities or not, and however caused, or (iii) the condition of the premises where these activities occur, whether or not I am then participating in the activities. I also agree that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse, and legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue, or attach the property of any Releasee in connection with any of the matters covered by the foregoing release.
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF AND TRACI’S PAWS, INC. AND I WILL RSVP, ORDER TICKETS, OR ATTEND UNLEASH THE HOLIDAY CHEER OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
