Amplify Your Authority

About the event

Big-hearted entrepreneurs aren’t satisfied with old narratives for business. In today’s niche economy, fitting in is out. Today’s savvy businesses embrace their uniqueness. They attract the right people (not just anyone) to their offerings. And they’re not afraid to take a stand for a mission that matters.

Entrepreneurs are compelling people who have a story to tell, often yearning to put their experience to good use by uplifting others. If you have a purpose you’ve been burning to bring to the world, a business is a great tool to do it. Even so, it’s easy to put thought leadership on the back burner, especially when we’re too busy managing operations and profits.

If you’re ready to amplify your authority, this workshop is for you. It’s time to bring your big ideas to the world, kicking overwhelm and imposter syndrome to the curb. Building a body of work can take many forms, like a blog, podcast, newsletter, event, book, or social media. But the format doesn’t matter as much as getting started!

Presented by: Suzi Hunn

Suzi Hunn founded Teach Your Thing in 2017. Her mission is helping small businesses change lives through teaching what they know. Online courses, workshops, and curricular materials are her jam.

She loved her 15 years as a curriculum writer and teacher trainer at the Minnesota Historical Society. She has developed engaging learning experiences for founders, authors, social-studies students, K-12 teachers, and corporate franchisees.

She believes in the quote, “You have medicine that you must own.” Too many professionals are holding theirs back out of obligation, fear, and habit. Today’s economy may be uncertain, but purpose-driven business ownership provides great opportunity. Suzi lights up with helping others cultivate fulfillment, build community, and generate sustainable impact.
