Our program includes assisting disabled veterans with Unlawful Detainer defense clinics. At this clinic, we will be assisting eligible disabled veterans by reviewing the Complaint and Summons, preparing Answers, preparing fee waivers, and preparing notices for jury demand. However, we will not be providing trial defense at this clinic. Please bring to the clinic your Complaint and Summons that you were served. Please expect a call from LACBA Counsel for Justice staff to further screen for eligibility and complete registration.
