Permian Basin Association of Directional Drilling is proud to present the 7th Annual Basin Burnout BBQ Cook-Off and Music Festival at Centennial Park in Midland, Texas.

General Admission tickets get you access to our all-day music festival headlined by Scott Stapp, The Voice of Creed + supporting acts Tonic, Canaan Bryce, No Dry County, SoulStrum, and Jeff Canada, complimentary BBQ samples from all cooking teams, and access to kids’ activities area with face painting & bounce houses. Free admission for children under 10 years old.

The PBADD provides an avenue or platform for the exchange of industry specific knowledge and new ideas that aid in the advancement of the directional drilling industry.

ABOUT BASIN BURNOUT

The Permian Basin Association of Directional Drilling’s (PBADD) annual Basin Burnout BBQ Cook-off & Music Festival is a fundraising event that allows a part of the oil and gas industry to give back to the Permian Basin community as well as raise money and awareness for U.S. military veterans. In years past, 30+ BBQ cooking teams (primarily of oilfield related service companies along with public and private energy firms), compete in an unsanctioned BBQ cooking competition. All teams compete in multiple categories (brisket, steak, ribs, chicken, etc.) for a chance to call themselves the best in the Basin and take home the coveted Championship belt. This spirited competition also includes a “Fan Favorite” award voted on by over 3,500 attendees.
