This is an IN-PERSON workshop. As a business owner, you are always selling. You must have a concise message that tells prospective buyers what your unique value proposition is, what you do and how you can help them. This message will also be used in your website and any other promotional and sales materials you use.

In this workshop you will learn how to write an effective elevator pitch.

• First a short presentation on an how to put together an elevator pitch will be discussed.

• We will be utilizing break out groups, where you will work in a small 4–5-person group to create your elevator speech with a SCORE mentor facilitating.

• We will than rejoin as a large group

• You will be given a chance to present yours to the group where you will receive feedback from your peers on ways to prefect your presentation (you don’t have to)
