Presenter Bio:

Colonel Larry Dale Caswell, Jr. assumed duties as the Commander and District Engineer of the Portland District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), on July 21, 2023.

Caswell, a Charleston, West Virginia native, is a 1999 graduate from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York. He holds a Master of Science in civil engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla and a master’s degree in strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College.
