Do you find it difficult to sell? Just don’t like doing it. Especially in a small business, selling is everybody’s job. The good news is that selling isn’t magic. It’s a set of skills or behaviors that can be learned and practiced.

Led by a seasoned sales consultant and SCORE NYC mentor, this session will focus on steps of the needs-centered selling process. It will offer members of the audience the opportunity to practice those skills in front of an audience of your peers and the instructor, who will give useful feedback on your ability to incorporate them into your selling approach.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER: ROBERT SERABIN

Robert Serabin is a Sales and Marketing professional with more than 30 years’ experience in Aerospace, Industrial and Commercial markets. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He also holds a MBA from Baldwin Wallace College. He has worked at both large and small companies, including his own consulting company. He has been a Score mentor since June 2014.
