Freedom Fest

Get ya pots ready! Nothing like listening to good music at a crawfish boil to bring the community together while raising awareness for Vets.
Join us on May 27th at the 2nd Annual Freedom Fest together with Beer Fest for a day of all you can eat crawfish, craft beer, and all day live music. In addition to several 1,000 lbs of crawfish being boiled, craft beer, home brew beer, there will be live music, kid activities, and plenty of beverages.
Whether watching, boiling, dancing, sipping, singing or networking, it will be a great day to help a local Veteran Organization raise awareness about Veteran suicide. Come out and have a great time.
Live music begins at 11am till 8:30 pm with:
Nonc Nu & Da Wild Matous (11am – 2:30PM)
MJ & Jerry (acoustic) (3pm – 4:30PM)
Sheauxdown (5pm – 8:30 PM)
General Admission: $20 for Adults, $10 for under 12, and Free (2 & under)
Open to the public at 11am
Proceeds will go towards helping local Veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, employment, education, health, veteran benefits, and aiding with past due bills (rent, mortgage, utilities, cable, etc.) and grocery support.
At South Louisiana Veteran Outreach, we continue to serve our nation by honoring our Veterans and their families. We do this by creating unique programs designed to educate, inspire, strengthen, and build community connections that positively impact the life of Veterans.
