Heroes On the Water – Space Coast Chapter (Fox Lake Park, Titusville)

This event will be held at the Fox Lake Park, Titusville, Florida. Parking will be first come serve. There are lots of green area to park. Expect to see our Heroes On the Water banner. This is public launch so please be considerate.
GETTING THERE:
From Interstate 95, take exit 215 and head east on State Road 50 for about 0.3 miles. Turn left at the stop light onto SR-405 (South Street). Drive north for about 2.2 miles until you reach the intersection of Fox Lake Road. Turn left (west) and follow Fox Lake Road until it ends at the park.

RULES:
HOW events are *** DRUG and ALCOHOL FREE *** Family Friendly.
Vets/guests are NOT allowed to go kayak fishing during the event without a designated HOW guide or required safety equipment. You MUST wear your personal floatation device (PFD) the entire time while you are on/in the kayak.
Food and drinks will be provided, however, you are welcome to bring your own snack/food/drinks if you have special needs/preferences. Bring a lawn chair or something to sit on since many of our locations are primitive and may not have a place to sit.
As a precaution, we suggest you bring a dry set of clothing, since this is water related event, and we never know about the weather/tides.
Please be on time, since we can never tell the weather or the tides could change our event.
COVID-19 operations are still in affect or until further notice. So please monitor the 6-foot rules and minimize the opportunity to be at risk. Events are subject to change based on things out of the Leadership Teams control.
