The Kentucky Department of Veterans is hosting a women veterans conference in Lexington, Kentucky to confront the issues facing this important population and design and discuss solutions to their unique problems.
This is an opportunity to inspire, empower and educate Kentucky Women Veterans Speakers to discuss personal stories, KDVA & local organizations and share benefits and services that are available.
Location
It will take place at the historic Marriot Griffin hotel, which is located at 1800 Newtown Pike, in Lexington Kentucky on June 3rd, 2022 from 8:30 AM- 5:00PM.
Panelists
This event will feature a wide variety of speakers and panelist, including Deputy Commissioner Lynice Thorpe-Noel of the Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs, Stacey Norris of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Nicole Horseman of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Deidra Perry of the Department of Veterans Affairs and Carolyn Furdek.
