In today’s world, when no one is certain of what’s ahead. The very first person to rely upon is the man you see in the mirror. In an emergency and critical situation, you have to first put on the gas mask or the life-saving vest on you before you help the person next to you. So you need internal fortitude, sound decision-making skills, integrity and being the man who steps up and takes responsibility when everyone else curl in one corner, cry, blame others or the situation, or beg for mercy.

Men today are harassed with an internal war between average and excellence.

It is always going to be a war of finding your warrior code, abiding by mission statement, personal purpose and stepping up to reaching your full potential in the area of entrepreneurship or business, family and relationship, and in life in general… or maybe just existing with an empty life with no purpose, drive, meaning, and value.

The bootcamp will supercharge your way up to succeed in life’s four (4) quadrants. The location will be in a strategic campsite and war room in the Silicon Valley area. This is a 2-day activity with two (2) events in the latter quarter of 2021. You can choose from September 25th and 26th or December 4th and 5th from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Lunch, materials, hydration, camp accommodations will be provided as part of the course fee. You can bring your own favorite snacks. When finalized, let us know your shirt size. The course fee is $179 and the sports quality T-shirts are $18 with a total program cost of $197 per person.

Participants shall be responsible for their transportation and night accommodation before, during, and after the program. Alpha Leaders Bootcamp is now open to both male and female participants in any of the course dates. The methodology is a blend of powerful webinar classes, engaging war room sessions, and high-energy outdoor obstacle activities designed to press your panic buttons, challenge your values, stress-test you under pressure, and staying composed under challenging scenarios all anchored in the codes of an alpha leader.

The general framework of the program is designed by a US army veteran hardened by actual combat in Iraq, Korea, and Afghanistan. The ethos of the US Marines is infused and the hardcore leadership approaches are distilled from Tony Robbins, John Maxwell leadership, and Dr. C’s Unlearn, Relearn, and Colearn concepts.

The Cadre Coaches will contact you via a 20-minute Zoom video meeting 2 weeks before your event.
