Kedrick Marcotte is a 30-year Coast Guard veteran and a John Maxwell certified coach, speaker and trainer, as well as CEO of Marcotte Leadership Solutions, LLC. His education is in professional aeronautics and human resources management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and through the Coast Guard Executive Leadership program.
He served multiple roles in his Coast Guard career, from C130 flight engineer, mechanic, and maintenance manager to senior human resources roles. He has volunteer experience with Meals on Wheels, the VA, and has also served as School Board President.
