Lipstick Salmon Slayers | Women’s Fishing Tournament | Astoria Oregon

Hello Veterans! Warfighter Outfitters is participating in this years Lipstick Salmon Debry. This is an all women’s tournament, and WFO would like the opportunity to fill a couple boats with female vets for a fun day of fishing at the famous Bouy 10 fishery in Astoria Oregon. This tournament requires all participants to check in the evening (8/12) prior to the event to pick up their gear bag from Lipstick Salmon Slayers. You may want to stay at a hotel or camp ground in the area as we will be getting an early start the following morning.

Vets on this trip will need to provide their own fishing license, wet weather gear, and their lunch. Everything else will be covered by WFO.

The Details: Friday evening (August 12) is the mandatory angler check in, located in Clatsop County Fairgrounds. All ladies registered must check in and pick up their gear bag. This is a one-day Salmon tournament with the action heating up Saturday morning at first light. At the end of the day some lucky lady will walk away with $4,000 for first place, another with $2,000 for second place and $1,000 for third place.

Saturday evenings event will be held at the Clatsop County Fairgrounds. 92937 Walluski Loop, Astoria, Oregon 97103. Participants must be on site to collect any prizes.
