Michael P Murphy Memorial Warrior Games – Wagner Building – State College PA

This spring on March 26th the Penn State chapter of the National Veterans fraternity Omega Delta Sigma will be hosting our annual Michael P. Murphy Memorial Warrior Games. These games serve as a fundraiser with all proceeds going to the LT Michael P Murphy Memorial scholarship foundation. LT Murphy was A US Navy SEAL a Penn State Alumnus, and a Medal of Honor recipient.

the competition will consist of 1-mile run

100 pull-ups

200push-ups

300 squats

1-mile run

(20 lb weighted vest optional)

Trophies will be given to the fastest 4 person teams and fastest individual Male and Female competitors ( competitors must use a weighted vest to compete for trophies)

Teams may divide repetitions for each exercise among members as they see fit however, every member must complete both 1 mile runs.
