Military Cultural Competency Training – by Military Veterans Peer Network – El Paso Texas

Training is offered both in-person and virtual.
It is our purpose and passion to find volunteers interested in helping service members, Veterans, and their family members; to provide them with the means to be more effective at doing so.
The intent of this basic training is to orient peer volunteers with the very basic fundamentals of peer support and MVPN Peer Volunteer expectations. This training also establishes a basic understanding of military service and the many challenges that service members, veterans, and their families are faced with.
