This is for Re-enactor signup only. Public is handled by box office onsite.
*Covid Rules are variable, and will be determined by Minnesota Order at time of event. Site is an outdoor recreation, and currently no masks are required but distancing is.
*HRS Covid Waivers will be required to participate.
Reenactor Pre-Registration for Minnesota Military Days – military timeline living history event. We are asking that ALL reenactors who are planning to attend this event pre-register. There is no cost to do this. In doing so you will receive a free meal on Saturday night of the event.
Onsite checkin will start Friday the 4th from 3-8pm and Saturday from 7-9am at the pavilion.
Setup starts after 2pm on Friday. S&A is at 9:30am the 5th and the site will open to the public from 10am to 5pm. Site will reopen to the public Sunday at 10am and closes at 3pm. Location: Rice County Steam & Gas Engines, 11988 Faribault Blvd, Dundas, MN.
Dates: June 5-6, 2021.
Public Hours: Saturday, 6/5, 10am to 5pm. Sunday, 6/6, 10am to 3pm
Come and experience Military History like no one else can offer. Rice County Steam & Gas Engines, Inc. will be hosting this Military Timeline Living History Event. You will see reenactors portraying many different Nationalities from many different periods. Minnesota’s Largest Military History Reenactment happens here.
All WWII HRS safety and authenticity rules will apply and BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
NO LIVE AMMO! All blank ammo should be stored in clear plastic bags for inspection AT CHECK IN. Magazines must not be loaded until after check in. Loaded enblocs, stripper clips and belted ammo are OK.
Saturday Dinner will be provided to all registered re-enactors.
Units can determine on their own to what degree they want public interaction in their camps. Indoor areas will require masks.
Participants that are under 18 years old must have a parent/guardian present or a unit commander willing to take full responsibility for the whole weekend.
