Ninth Annual Guns and Tacos | Buffalo Range Shooting Park

You are invited to the Ninth Annual Guns and Tacos day at the Buffalo Range Shooting Park in Ottowa. www.buffalorangeshootingpark.com We will have exclusive use of the entire facility for the day for our group.

This is the Ninth year bringing together friends, family and Second Amendment enthusiasts for a day of friendship, guns and tacos.

This year we are proud to announce our partnership with Our Corps Charity. This year all profits for the event will be donated to Beyond the Battlefield, the The Tiegen Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization dedicated to Our Wounded Veterans and First Responders. Their mission is to provide support for service members as they face the many challenges encountered during their rehabilitation, reintegration and healing process. Often when our veterans return from their tour of service, the tolls of war have been too great to bear alone.

Their mission is to leave no service member behind and works diligently to prevent veteran suicide. By including wounded members in various Foundation sponsored events they aim to motivate, encourage and afford them opportunities they might not otherwise have. The Foundation’s focus is to lift their spirits while reminding them that there is more Beyond the Battlefield and their sacrifices will never be forgotten.

We will start with a 8:30am safety briefing and will go until 4:00pm . We will host the event rain or shine. Most of the ranges are covered from the elements to provide cover from sun and rain.

This all day event includes range fees for use of the pistol, skeet, 100 yard long range rifle, and 50 yard range. We have use of the PIT! to blow up anything that conforms to range guidelines.

Admission Fee includes all day admission to all ranges in the Buffalo Range complex, Tacos will be made fresh on site with soda and water to drink. Lunch will be served between 11:30am-1:00pm Bring hydration for your self and snacks for other parts of the day.

Targets and clays for skeet as well as ammo are available on site as well as firearm rental. Bring your own ammo, firearms, holsters, magazines, ammo, for enjoyment and show and tell. The range may ration ammo. Start your ammo hunt now so you can have plenty for the event.

Check in starts at 8:30am, General Safety briefing starts at 9:00am. Please be prompt. Must have your own FOID Card, or come with someone who has an FOID card and demonstrate safe gun handling skills. ALL DECISIONS of the RSO’s are final.

Feel free to invite friends who share our love of freedom and the second amendment. People who don’t play well with others can stay at home.
