OFCCP Southeast – Compliance Assistance for Construction Contractors (MS)

Please join the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs’ Jackson, MS Area Office for a webinar to guide federal construction contractors and subcontractors through their Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action obligations when working on federal construction projects. This presentation addresses construction contractor obligations found under the regulations implementing EO 11246, VEVRAA, and Section 503. We will discuss the different stages of a compliance review to include the affirmative action and non-discrimination requirements.
