Is there any aspect of business so important and yet so misunderstood as Sales? In this class, you will learn an ethical, relationship-based, model of sales. Learn the many ways Sales helps your business survive and grow. Begin creating your own, personalized, sales process that goes from first contact with a prospect to completed sale with a customer; and the vital steps in between.
This class is for everyone interested in sales, but it is especially relevant for two groups:
- Those who aren’t comfortable with the very idea of doing sales
- Those who know the need for sales in their business but don’t know how.
There will be a workbook for guided notes and a lot of stories to illustrate and enlighten.

Angel Moreno
Angel has a passion for Sales both as a profession and as a life-skill. As an executive in the financial industry, he has worked in countries across the world to develop financial products adapted to differing requirements and needs; and to adapt and teach Sales values, skills and process to groups small and large. In addition to English, Angel is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
Michael Truffa
Michael has a wildly diverse background in both industries and roles. Common themes are talent, technology and organizational transformation. In sales, Michael has experience with B2B sales, retail sales, and door-to-door fundraising.
