SBA Resources to Help Your Business Rebound and Strategies on How to Pivot Your Business
September 3, 2020 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EDT
freeThe U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will discuss SBA programs and services to assist your business in recovering from the COVID-19 crisis. The presentation will cover COVID-19 relief programs, SBA loan programs, federal contracting programs, small business classes, and one-on-one business counseling available at no cost. Learn about available resources and how to access them. We’re going to present a systematic way you can pivot your business. The key is talking with customers. By changing your value proposition with customer cooperation, you can pivot and take advantage of the new opportunities this year has for all of us. Just by listening to customers, you can find out what they really care about and make it easy and delightful for them to interact with your business.
We’re going to show you how every customer you’ll ever meet ticks. We’re also going to show you how to find groups of prospective customers online so you can find evidence of their problems right away. Then, we’ll use what we discover to rework our Value Proposition. Sound cool? Register for this free workshop, then! Walk away from this class with a plan that will help you pivot your business. About the Speakers: Representatives from the SBA’s Sacramento District Office Economic Development Team will deliver SBA’s presentation. The economic development team works to increase awareness of the SBA programs and services throughout its 22-county district. For more information, please visit:
