SUMMARY:The Cannabis Hour: Medical Cannabis Education & Registration Workshop
DESCRIPTION:If you want to just learn about the Maryland Medical Cannabis program or get registered\, please come see us.\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout this event\n\n\nWe offer free Medical Cannabis Education workshops at Trilogy Wellness of Maryland that also includes assistance in getting registered with on-site application processing\, state/federal ID scanning services\, and passport photo services at no cost. \nIf you want to just learn about the Maryland Medical Cannabis program or get registered\, please come see us. \n**Please bring a State or Federal-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license\, identification card\, military ID or passport) and 2 pieces of mail if the address on your ID isn’t correct** \nOur workshops are free to attend\, however there is a $50 fee to register to become a patient with the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission. The $50 fee will be for the ID card you are issued. Please bring a Credit or Debit card to the workshop if you are looking to be registered. If the government ID you are providing is not a Maryland driver’s license or MVA ID card\, then you must also provide proof of a Maryland address (ie: utility bill\, Voter ID card\, bank statement\, etc…) or proof that you are in the State to receive medical treatment.  If registering a minor patient who does not have a government photo ID\, the caregiver’s will have to bring in an ID. \nREGISTER NOW \n It is recommended that you have an email address to use for the registration process if you don’t have one we will help you create one.  You can bring your laptop\, tablets or other devices\, but not to worry we have those for you too on site to use for the process. \nIf you are enrolled in SSI or SSDI\, please bring your Social Security Benefit Verification Letter stating the type of benefits you are receiving which can be obtained by calling 800-772-1213. Veterans please bring your DD214 or retired military ID card. \nWe host workshops at Trilogy Wellness every Tuesday morning from 9-10AM.
