- What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Self parking is available on-site
- What’s the refund policy?
Tickets to the event are non-refundable. Petals of Hope Foundation, Inc. receives no government funding; however, all programs and operations are made possible through volunteer hours of members and the generosity of donors. This fundraising event allows us to provide assistance to the Central Florida community. We are a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. If you are unable to attend this event we would ask you to consider making a charitable donation to the organization.
- Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, tickets purchased online will be added to the check-in list under the purchaser’s name.
- Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
Yes, however once the holder of the ticket has checked in for the event the purchaser will not be able to check in at the event separately.
- Event Terms & Conditions:
1. By purchasing a ticket or entering The Scholarship Masquerade Gala, the holder of the ticket or guest of a holder of a ticket agrees to be bound by and subject to these Event Terms & Conditions.
2. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
3. The holder of a ticket assumes all risks and dangers of personal injury or property damage arising from or related to the event.
4. By entering this event, you consent to have your voice and image taped, photographed, and recorded. Petals of Hope Foundation, Inc. shall be the exclusive owner of all copyright and other rights in and to such taping, photography, and recording and will be able to use, display, and distribute in perpetuity throughout the world and to license others to use them in any manner in connection with event promotion, internal training, and/or public service announcement for this event and the Petals of Hope Foundation, Inc.
