Please join us on the First Wednesday of every month from 4-6pm at Bar Louie – Belmar for a professional networking Happy Hour. All are welcome! No need to be a Veteran or in Real Estate to attend.
We are the USA Homeownership Foundation DBA Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP), a national nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of servicemembers and veterans through housing and philanthropy.
Established in 2011, our leadership realized many organizations help veterans with pension, disability compensation, and critical needs but none were dedicated to financial literacy, housing, and homeownership – We are that organization. While our focus is on servicemembers and veterans, our programs are offer to all qualified families who want the American Dream of homeownership.
VAREP’s 7,000 plus members work within all sectors of the real estate, housing, and financial-services industries. Our members are comprised of patriots from diverse backgrounds all with a common goal of positively affecting the lives of those who have served us. Many of them also served and understand the unique challenges of the servicemember and veteran communities.
By the end of 2022, we will expand our national footprint to 25 states with over 45 chapters. Here at VAREP, we feel that local professional chapters in key cities allows us to empower local real estate, lending, and housing professionals to better serve the needs of military and veteran families.
As a housing non-profit for vets, by vets, our success is measured not by a balance sheet for shareholders but by how many lives we can improve through our programs and services. We may not end the epidemic of homelessness among the veteran community, but can prevent it from happening in the future, one veteran at a time.
