Veteran & Military “Novice Bootcamp” Track Day at Nelson Ledges, OH

We invite 5 veterans with service-connected injuries and no track experience to take part in a “Novice Bootcamp” track day with AutoInterests. To qualify you must be a veteran with a service-connected injury and have your own car to use on the track.

This Event is not for Drivers with Advanced Skills or Racing Licenses.

This is not for current track day drivers, racers, or coaches for an organization. You’ve already found the joy of motorsports. The weekend isn’t about honing skills for lap times or winning trophies. It’s about helping veterans cope with everyday life, find peace of mind, and have an opportunity to hang out with fellow veterans on a weekend.

However, if becoming involved as a VETMotorsports volunteer and giving back to your fellow vets appeals to you, please contact us about helping out.

The event is open to the public and for novices. However, our tickets are for military members and veterans with service-connected injuries. If you do not fit that description then you can register here- https://autointerests.com/

Only Active, Guard, Reserve, Gold Star families, or Veterans with service-connected injuries using their own car in the event may register for the VETMotorsports tickets. All others may register here- https://autointerests.com/

You must provide your own car to use in the event.

Instruction will be given in the following areas–SKID CONTROL-BRAKE/TURN-CORNERING TECHNIQUE-THRESHOLD BRAKING-SLALOM-DYNAMIC HANDLING COURSE-HIGH SPEED TRACK LAP
