Join us for the opening ceremony of Veterans and Military Day at the Legislature as we kicked off a day of veteran and military awareness!
The opening ceremony kicks off Veterans and Military Day at the Legislature which provides a day-long event that raises awareness to Nevada lawmakers and the public regarding veterans and the military. The Nevada National Guard will have static displays outside the Legislative Building. There will be vendors, along with a free lunch provided to celebrate the day.
The opening ceremony will take place behind the Governor’s Office, near the Veteran’s Memorial Wall and the Battle Born Memorial. Coffee and mingling begin at 8:00 a.m. with the ceremony beginning at 9:00 a.m.
