Veterans Family Retreat - Callaway Gardens Robin Lake Beach
Georgia Vet Fest & Optimal Living Education & Retreats present the 1st Annual Veterans Family Retreat. Theme: “Self Care Is Self Love.”

We believe that health and happiness is a natural outcome of living a holistic lifestyle. But what does that really mean for you and your family? Optimal Living Education & Retreats LLC and our team of experts invite you to bring your family (up to (4)combination of children and/or adults) for a day of holistic lifestyle education workshops and experiences in nature at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, Georgia. Experience is the best teacher.

Take in the changing colors of fall on over 2,500 spectacular acres, filled with hiking and bike trails and world-class golf. Laze the autumn days away or try your hand at watersports on Robin Lake, featuring the world’s largest man-made white sand beach. Leave your cares at home and allow yourself for one day to explore a lifestyle that fosters more happiness and health.

Holistic Lifestyle Workshop options include: partner yoga (adults and children), introduction to meditation, mindfulness nature walk, the art of touch (beach-side couples massage), financial wellness, eating to live and special children’s activities.

Make this staycation less than 2-hrs away from Atlanta, Montgomery, Columbus or anywhere in the Chattahoochee Valley a day trip. Or maybe you want to extend your stay at Callaway Gardens through the weekend. We invite you to visit their website for more information and to check their optional accommodations.
