The Veterans Transition Success Coalition prepares transitioning military service members and their families to fully connect with civilian life, local community resources, and navigate earned benefits that will enable their success and prevent “stalled” transitions.

We will have sessions on transitioning to civilian life that include:

Begin Breakout Sessions (Employment, Homebuying/Loans, Financial Literacy, Health/Wellness) *All four topics will be offered during all 4 sessions, so they may be attended in any order

1:10 – 1:40 Session 1

1:45 – 2:15 Session 2

2:20 – 2:50 Session 3

2:55 – 3:25 Session 4

12:00-4:00 pm – Enjoy the music & festivities

Family & Friends of Veterans:

Craft booths and activities will be offered outside during the breakout sessions for your enjoyment. Activities include, but are not limited to:
