During a ninety-minute appointment, a volunteer legal team will prepare essential estate planning documents for you. You will leave with a signed and notarized Will, Living Will, Health Care Power of Attorney, and Financial Power of Attorney.

* Wills for Heroes is designed to provide documents and advice for small and modest estates only. Accordingly, military veterans and first responders qualify for this program if their estate’s value does not exceed $750,000. Our intake form, which will be sent to you upon registration for the event, will help you determine the value of your estate.
