Join us for a transformational weekend retreat designed to empower, educate, and heal. In collaboration with Lady Gets a Gun and Central Oregon Veterans Ranch, this unique experience weaves together firearm safety, self-defense, mindful movement, and grounding rituals in a safe, supportive environment for women.

Over the course of three days, participants will receive expert instruction in firearm handling and self-defense, while also engaging in healing practices like yoga, meditation, art, water ritual, and community connection around the bonfire.

Whether you’re new to firearms or looking to deepen your self-protection skills, this retreat offers an intentional blend of strength and softness, power and peace.

• Firearm safety & handling with Maureen from Lady Gets a Gun (Firearms are provided)
• Self-defense training with seasoned instructor Jen
• Morning yoga and meditation

This retreat is for women who are ready to reclaim their strength, reconnect to their bodies, and reframe safety through skill and sisterhood. Space is limited. Meals, gear, and materials included. No prior experience necessary.

We do ask that if you have been to a retreat within the last year that you allow other women to experience an opportunity to heal.
