Women Veterans Resilience Group Meeting –

Empowering Through Healing, Confidence, and Unity

Our resilience group focuses on empowering service women who have served and are currently serving in the military. Recognizing their unique challenges, including military sexual trauma and mental health, it offers a supportive and safe environment for healing and growth.

Leveraging the shared experiences of service and transition, the group creates a space where members can connect, advocate, and empower each other, ultimately strengthening the bonds of sisterhood within the veteran and active-duty communities.

Whether you’re seeking support, looking to connect with peers, or eager to contribute your strengths to a community that values your service and sacrifice, you’ll find a welcoming space here. Together, we can navigate the challenges, celebrate the achievements, and build a resilient future.

We have moved to having our meetings twice a month! The first meeting of the month will be our resilience and peer-to-peer meeting.

The meeting starts at 6:00 pm. Complimentary snacks and beverages will be provided!
