Horizon Outreach is a non-profit organization founded in February 2010 by Katrina R. Johnson, a corporate business woman, entrepreneur and United States Air Force Veteran passionately committed to making a difference in the lives of homeless military veterans/non-veterans and their families. Since 2010, we have successfully connected over 700 clients to resources within the community through our outreach efforts, which includes witnessing to the homeless, providing food/clothing and assistance in identifying available resources.

Vision:
To increase the potential of military veteran and nonveteran families through the offering of comprehensive programs that provide: housing, employment services, life skills training and other supportive services.
Goals:
- To restore self sufficiency and promote self esteem among our clients
- To provide resources that will aid in transitioning our clients back into society
- To increase access to permanent and affordable housing for our clients
- To prepare our clients for career positions with employers
