Louisiana Veteran Owned Small Business Conference Scheduled For July 18, 2013

Attention Veteran Owned Business Members and Visitors:

A free Louisiana veteran-owned small business conference is being held by the U.S. Small Business.

Date:  Thursday 18, 2013

Time:  7:30 am to 1 p.m.

Where: At  The Administration’s Louisiana district office.

Address:  4655 Sherwood Commons Blvd. in Baton Rouge

The event is and open to the public.

“Bootstraps to Briefcases” will feature presentations on procurement opportunities, business development and the impact of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) on small businesses and include a lender and financing forum and discussion panel.

Veterans can network with contracting officers and other government representatives as well as other small business owners. The event will conclude with a Pre-registration.
