Interested veterans should posses a good driving record, strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to troubleshoot and repair computer controls, a basic knowledge of electrical, brazing, welding components etc. Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and management are additional qualities the company looks for.
Knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, ice machines, gas furnaces, and electrical is a plus!
As a Source Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing the maintenance repair of supermarket and grocery store refrigeration equipment and to ensure customer needs are met efficiently, accurately and on-time.
Source Refrigeration will provide a paid five week training program consisting of classroom and on-the-job training. Upon successful completion of the class you will then be assigned to a specific branch location.
After accepting an entry-level technician position with Source Refrigeration, you will head to our training facility in Houston, Texas where you will participate in a fast-paced, interactive training program. This comprehensive program is designed to prepare participants for a successful career with the Source Refrigeration team.
Expected training dates are January 7, 2013 – February 8, 2013 (Applicants need to be able to commit to these dates)
