DESCRIPTION:Everyone is welcome to join this free community beach cleanup at Huntington Beach\, CA. Veterans\, families\, and community members are invited to come together to protect our coastline and care for our shared environment. \nVolunteers will be alongside Veterans to help remove plastic debris and litter from the sand before it can return to the ocean and landfills. Whether you are a Veteran\, a local resident\, or simply want to give back\, your help will #MakeAnImpact \nLocation to Meet: In front of LifeGuard Tower 4\nLook out for our RFV Branded EZUp on the North Side of the pier in the sand. \n\n\nArrive by 5-10 minutes prior for prompt check-in and to secure parking.\nSee an RFV representative to check-in to be handed your bag and gloves.\nWear dirt-friendly attire; long pants and sleeves advised.\nConsider hats and sunscreen for protection.\nOnly closed-toe\, sturdy footwear is permitted. No sandals or flats allowed.\nBring a reusable water bottle to minimize plastic use.\nAll necessary tools and supplies will be provided.\nWe cannot guarantee easily accessible bathrooms by the pier.\n\n\n\n\nWe’re passionate about supporting local businesses! \nAfter each event\, we make it a priority to gather with fellow Veterans and volunteers at a nearby local eatery for some food\, drinks\, and great company. \nMake sure to include it in your ticket checkout process as an ‘add-on’. \n21+ Only – Free for anyone to join! \n\n\n\n\nOur mission is to remove trash from our planet by empowering Veterans to clean our communities.
