VFW 3rd ANNUAL VETERANS FUNDRAISING GOLF TOURNAMENT FOUR MAN SCRAMBLE
Date: Saturday, May 16th, 2015
Where: Creekside Golf Course, Modesto, CA
Registration: 11am/Putting Contest
Tee-off: 12:30pm Shotgun Start
Cost: $65pp/$250 per 4sm
This includes; 18-holes of golf, riding cart, longest drive & closest to the hole, $5 pro shop/food credit, and BBQ dinner
* BBQ Dinner, Silent Auction, and Raffle to follow Golf Tournament at approximately 5pm
SPONSOR AND DONATION REQUEST:
$125.00 – Tee Box Sign
$250.00 – 4sm Veterans team to play golf
$350.00 – 4sm Veterans team to play golf & Tee Box Sign
Longest drive contest and /or closest to the hole contest prizes needed
Raffle and silent auction Prizes needed.
