Mindset Reset

Starting in April 2023, on the third Thursday of the Month, let’s come together and share our thankfulness and struggles as we address relevant wellness issues for the military and veteran community. Led by peer leader and veteran spouse, Denise Banks, this group is sure to cultivate an empowered discussion, focus on gratitude, and create a space of holistic wellness. Bring a beverage or snack! We will sip and chat our way in this fun and relaxed group.

Come for one, stay for all! Please register for each session individually.

To be eligible for this group you must be the spouse, partner, or family member of a post-service veteran or active duty service member. This chat is also open to anyone divorced or widowed from a service member or veteran.
