Chris Mroz, Royal Oak Restaurant Association Board Member, said “It was important to our association that we partner with a charity that supports Veterans for this event. The Disabled Veterans of America is a great organization that is positively impacting veterans’ lives and has a great presence within Metro Detroit. We are honored to have them as partners and are looking forward to providing a donation that can help them continue their mission.”
The Disabled Veterans of America is dedicated to a single purpose: empowering veterans to lead high-quality lives with respect and dignity. They accomplish this by ensuring that veterans and their families can access the full range of benefits available to them; fighting for the interests of America’s injured heroes on Capitol Hill; and educating the public about the great sacrifices and needs of veterans transitioning back to civilian life.
This event is sponsored by the Royal Oak Restaurant Association.
