For over 20 years, Mrs. Virgen has consistently championed the inclusion and advancement of small and diverse suppliers. She has introduced innovative approaches to enhance supplier development programs, empowering suppliers to strengthen their capabilities and improve their business practices, positioning them for successful participation in contracting opportunities.
