The Governor’s Challenge has partnered with Hybrid Academy of Behavioral Science, a leader in suicide risk mitigation and prevention, to offer in-person Military Cultural Competency and Suicide Prevention training. This program is designed to enhance the lives of military veterans and their families by improving their mental health and reducing suicide within the Service Members, Veterans, and their Families (SMVF) community.
Don’t miss out on this opportunity to make a difference and enhance your skills, and support our Service Members, Veterans, and their Families!
This in-person training is available to healthcare professionals, mental health providers, law enforcement officers, firefighters, social workers, educators, and any other community members who interact with the military and veteran populations. The program also aims to raise awareness among family members of military personnel, providing them with a deeper understanding of military life and how they can best support those who have served.
