🎄✨ Volunteer Sign-Up for VSSN’s Winter Wonderland Holiday Fest! ✨🎄

Bring joy to military and veteran families this holiday season by joining us as a volunteer at VSSN’s Winter Wonderland Holiday Fest on December 11th and 12th!

We are moving due to unpredictable weather to Portal Entertainment in Temecula.

We’re seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help us create an unforgettable experience filled with holiday magic and community spirit.

🎅 Volunteer Opportunities:

• Assist with toy giveaways and help spread smiles 🎁
• Facilitate cookie decorating, and arts & crafts stations 🍪🎨
• Support mini-golf and game areas ⛳
• Help coordinate Santa photo ops and line management 🎅
• Set up and tear down, and keep the festive spirit alive!

To keep our event looking coordinated and professional, please follow these guidelines for attire and shift times:

Dress Code:

• Wear all-black clothing – this could include black shirts, pants, or jackets.
• If you’re volunteering with a JROTC unit, you may wear your JROTC-branded shirt.
• VSSN-branded t-shirts are also welcome if you have one!
• Please avoid any other branded clothing (no logos or brands other than VSSN or JROTC).

Shift Times: Please select one of the following time slots:

• 3:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Full Event Shift)
• 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Early Shift)
• 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Evening Shift)

For Military & Veteran Families: All military service members and their families are welcome! However, you must register for a ticket to attend. Please secure your spot by clicking the link below:
