The West Michigan Veterans Coalition (WMVC) invites you to attend our Community Partners Health & Well-Being Symposium. Our symposium will provide discussion regarding resources that assist our community partners in combating the social determinants of the health well-being of Veterans, Service Members, and their Families.
The WMVC is excited to have Travis Snyder, 2022 Michigan Veteran of the Year by the MVAA, as our keynote speaker. Travis has been a champion for suicide prevention and mental health amongst Veterans.
Topics to be discussed are:
* Mental Health/Suicide Prevention
* Women’s Health/Special Population
* Transportation as a Social Determinant of Health
* The Veteran Family
* Veteran Healthcare in the Community
A continental breakfast and lunch will be served.
