Don’t miss this opportunity to elevate your networking skills! SCORE Certified Mentor, Lydie Laperal-Rocha will lead a powerful discussion with our exceptional panelists, all accomplished women entrepreneurs. Each will share their unique experiences and insights on how they focus on networking so that it’s effective in providing a positive impact on their business goals. You’ll gain valuable tips on various networking strategies and systems, as well as learn how to approach networking with intention and purpose.

Moderator Lydie Laperal-Rocha

Lydie is a SCORE Mentor and Small Business Owner. At SCORE she helps clients design a business strategy and develop action plans to make it happen. She specializes in consumer goods and food products. She helps business owners define and understand their consumer target; identify their unique point of differentiation and communicate it to attract their ideal client.

Panelist Christin Olory is the Founder RoomChazer, a platform transforming how college students find safe housing and compatible roommates. What started as a small side gig helping international students has grown into a $1M company. Christine is now focused on raising funds to scale RoomChazer and position it as a tech leader in the emerging co-living industry.

Panelist Shawn Jough is the founder of Strategic HR Advisory, a boutique HR consulting firm that supports growing organizations with HR compliance and consistent practices. With over 20 years of experience in human resources management, she is an SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified HP professional. She is a member of 1% For The Planet and currently serves as the President of the NAWBO San Diego Chapter. Shawn is a native San Diegan (go Aztects!) and a ‘soccer mom’ to two energetic boys.

Panelist Sabine Gedeon

is a transformative leader in personal development and leadership. With nearly 20 years of experience as an author, speaker, and executive strategist, she helps clients in startups and Fortune 500 companies navigate transitions and embrace a growth mindset. She is an accomplished author; Sabine has written influential books like “LeadHership Reloaded” and “Transformed: The Journey to Becoming.” She holds a Master’s degree and certifications as a Life Coach and Leadership Consultant from ICF-accredited institutions.

An Exhibit Table offers you a chance to discuss and sell your product or service to the attendees. You will also be given the chance to introduce yourself to the entire group. In addition, your business name and contact information will be distributed to all attendees.

You will be provided with a 6′ table (skirt/linen is included.) The tables are occupied on a first come, first served basis. Doors open at 7:45 AM for set up. One of our volunteers will register you when you arrive, please do not arrive early.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FEE

$80 – Includes the table plus regular attendance fee for ONE person. You must register additional attendees (for $30) before November 14 (as long as there is space available) HERE.

Refund Policy:

Headcount is given to venue 14 days in advance of event. Therefore, refunds cannot be made with less than 14 days’ notice. Email score0140@scorevolunteer.org. Exhibitors can give their space to someone else by sending an email no later than 8:00am the day before the event to score0140@scorevolunteer.org.
