The Hartford Regional Office located at 555 Willard Avenue, Newington, CT 06111, intends to release Solicitation VA-308-14-RP-0001. The work required at the referenced project involves the removal of existing shower, and installation of a new handi-cap tub. Replacement of kitchen flooring. The full solicitation is expected to be posted on FEDBIZOPPS www.fbo.gov on or about November 4, 2013.

This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS code is 236115 with an applicable small business size standard of $33.5 Million.

Performance period is 25 calendar days after award.

The scope of magnitude is $25k-$100K.

This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming RFP solicitation to satisfy the requirements of FAR 5.201 and 5.203.

The Contracting Officer will not be able to answer any questions to this notice until a solicitation is issued.
