Presenter’s Bio: Janna Pearman Jacobs had 35+ years with Enterprise (Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National, & Alamo), currently known as Enterprise Mobility. She was an “internal consultant” in IT and changed roles every couple of years, being tapped to organize and transform operations. A key aspect of operations is calculating resource needs (time and money), return on investment, and tracking time and money expenditures. Janna retired a year ago and founded her own consulting company, providing the same service – organizing and transforming operations. She likes to say, “I bring clarity to chaos,” or I partner with organizations to identify, manage, and eliminate chaos. She also gives back time and volunteer with SCORE as a business mentor.
